Helping people resolve their problems with the IRS is all that we do!

Charlotte, NC IRS tax resolution attorney Josh Madsen limits his law practice to helping people  in Charlotte and across the country resolve their federal tax debt. Josh is a native of Asheboro, North Carolina. He graduated from Asheboro High School and attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for his undergraduate studies. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from UNCG, Josh returned to his alma mater where he earned a masters degree in conflict resolution. In graduate school Josh spent a significant amount of time learning how to effectively help people and organizations with their various disputes. During this time Josh focused on mediation and resolving internal conflicts in religious organizations. Deciding to pursue his life long dream of attending law school, Josh attended and graduated from John Marshall Law School. After passing the Georgia Bar exam Josh practiced law in Georgia before returning home to North Carolina. Spending time with clients and learning how his skill and experience can make a difference, Josh took a liking to cases involving federal tax debt and has never looked back. When asked why he does it he says "I like helping people navigate through their federal tax problems. Some people in this business like to scare their prospective clients and say awful things about the IRS. That's not me. I enjoy helping people find resolutions to their federal tax problems and I enjoy working with the hard working professionals at the Internal Revenue Service. Finding a place where my client and the IRS can agree is what has to happen and helping them get there with skill and professionalism is what I do."

Josh is licensed as an Attorney in Good Standing in the State of Georgia.  Additionally he is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Northern District of Georgia.
